Baller dbaconaz Posted June 17, 2021 Baller Share Posted June 17, 2021 What does P & C mean for slalom tournaments?
Baller_ MISkier Posted June 17, 2021 Baller_ Share Posted June 17, 2021 Usually that is for tournaments with more than just the slalom event. Pick and Choose your allotted maximum number of pulls across the events. I'm not sure what that would mean in a slalom only tournament, unless you were restricted to a number of pulls across a multi-day slalom tournament and had to pick how many you wanted each day. The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.
Baller dbaconaz Posted June 17, 2021 Author Baller Share Posted June 17, 2021 @MISkier Thank you, It is a Slalom, Trick, Jump Tourny so that makes sense.
Baller_ RichardDoane Posted June 18, 2021 Baller_ Share Posted June 18, 2021 for a 2 round tournament of trick/jump/slalom, that could be 6 rides, but the LOC may call it a "P+C" and limit skiers to 4 rides total, so people that want more trick could do 2TR/1J/1S for their 4, or maybe someone who prefers jump could do 2J/1T/1S for their 4 rides, it's a nice way of accommodating the likes of a 3 event crowd.
