I’m looking for how to get MSHA (mining safety and health administration) to be ok with it. Lake is on a current permit but not being mined. Baller Taynton Posted May 6, 2023 Baller Share Posted May 6, 2023 Im not familiar with the laws there but it would be near impossible to get approval on an active site without wearing full PPE (hardhat vest etc) in British Columbia, maybe when the mine isnt active but def not during..
