Baller dbaconaz Posted April 18, 2023 Baller Share Posted April 18, 2023 Has anyone used Chemical Guys boat cleaning products? How do you like it? Would you recommend it?

Baller RT1 Posted April 19, 2023 Baller Share Posted April 19, 2023 I am well known among my friends as being a "waxaholic". I not only wax all of my cars, boat, motorcycle, and bicycle, but I wax friend's cars too....for free, I just like doing it. One year my daughter gave me some Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax for Christmas and I was less than impressed. That's the only product of theirs that I have ever used. Baller UWSkier Posted April 19, 2023 Baller Share Posted April 19, 2023 (edited) I use nothing but Chemical Guys. You've seen my 22 year old boat in person... :) I use the two stage boat rubbing compounds with my DA polisher, then use Hydroslick SiO2 "hyperwax." It's a pain to remove but it lasts a long time. Wipe-down spray is a dash of vinegar with Meguiars spray/detailing wax but I've used Chemical Guys for that in the past with good results also. SiO2 is a ceramic sealant. Interesting they call it wax.
