My grandfathers had polar opposite views on kickers. Buffalo grandpa who was a member of the Park Club said I should be a kicker. Kick balls around for a couple hours in the morning and then play a round of golf every afternoon. Detroit grandpa who taught me to ski said those guys play an entire game of smash mouth football and then some little soccer player comes in and wins the game. Kicking in the morning and skiing in the afternoon sounds perfect to me.
