  1. I see a lot of slalom skiers posting about it on Instagram so maybe that means we can hope it will have something to do with the ski boats
  2. just ordered the FM revo toe clamp system for my trick ski
  3. @mmosley899 I like the OB4 release system but not a big fan of their hard shell boots. Is it easy to use other hard shells with the OB4 release?
  4. Has anyone here had any experience with the FM REVO Silvretta/Toe Clamp System? Im trying to decide on a binding for my trick ski and liked this option. I would love some feedback from skiers that have used this binding system or if anyone has another binding system they like for tricks. Im thinking a hardshell option is the way to go but I'm open to other opinions
  5. @mmosley899 do they use the OB4 hard shells as well as the release mechanism or just the release with other boots?
  6. Does anyone have a suggestion for a trick ski binding? I am looking for a hardshell option. It is going to be used for hand tricks. I see a lot of people using reflex but many people say they aren't durable and wear out pretty quickly. Ive also looked at the fluid motion bindings but their main trick ski binding is a non-release. I'm assuming I want a binding that will release, right? Currently I am using my old strada binding that came off my slalom ski, which definitely is not the best option for a trick binding. What is the best option for a trick binding?
  7. I think trick and Jump need to remain apart of this. Trick can be done behind almost any boat on any body of water. When I show people that have never heard of tournament waterskiing they are most entertained by tricking (flips) and jumping. I think a lot of new skiers would rather try tricking and then happen to get into slalom
  8. I am currently on an additional pass per year streak. This year my goal was to run -28 36mph and it wasn't until the very last tournament that I got a score into -32. I think it is great to set a goal at the beginning of each year so that you can have something to motivate you
  9. I went otf last summer and took the tip of my ski to the shin. I got a gash down to the bone. Got stitches on the ski site
  10. I used a Ho revolt size 63.5" all the way into -22 36mph.
  11. The only reason I like regionals is because I can drive there. I guess the eastern region is different from others. I did qualify this year to go to Nats but it would've been very expense. If regionals isn't a requirement then a lot of the competitors would drop out. The whole reason I like regionals is because it is a championship tournament. If some skiers better then me dropped out I would see no reason in going myself, because your placement has little meaning if not everyone from the region participated.
  12. With so much material under water I feel like this could easily be designed to have great tracking
  13. Two lag bolts into the studs cover by two pwc pipes
  14. @BrennanKMN‌ the same exact thing happened to me the mount snapped and I even had a safety string but that was on the mount not the camera
  15. I just lost my gopro to the bottom of the lake this summer. So if you're going to use it on your ski the floaty backdoor and a string for backup is a must.
  16. I try not to stretch the top laces at all just enough so they aren't going to come undone
  17. Agreed I tighten the lower laces tightly and leave the top ones loose
  18. If the companies make a high end 34 mph ski. Like HO makes the S2. Well not anymore but they used to. Most companies don't have a high end 34 mph ski
  19. @SkiJay‌ I did the same thing taking off the rear horseshoe thinking it would be lighter
  20. There has got to be a mistake. The only question I got wrong was how wide the course was from midline to buoy?????
  21. What is the maximum and minimum width this mount can adjust to?
  22. The vapors are a little stiffer
