What is "anti roll" anyways? It "prevents the handle from rolling when you grip it or release it with one hand"... but I don't get what "rolling" means in this context. I've never felt like my handle was rolling anywhere lol.

    Correct!

If it "rolls" it is simply impossible to ski. It happened that rubber coating on (rental from ski spot) handle detached from alu bar. It was even impossible to start.

Normal handle cannot roll due to its construction

  2. Here on the forum there is nice picture from @BraceMaker about physics of start.

In words, as I understand it )

    - the pivot point of the ski is right under front boot

    - pressure of water level which is above this point resists getting the ski to the horizontal  position and keeps the ski Vertical

    - pressure of water which is below this pivot point rotates ski in to desired position (minimizing back foot pressure helps this rotation)

I try to keep front boot closer to waterline, handle closer to front boot level, knees inside arms and sit on back heel during start.

so far everything is going well

@swbca T-Factors are not safety focused bindings. They do not release unless the laces are very loose.

As a T-Factor user I may say that distance between safe release and unsafe release is very narrow. User must manualy set "safe mode" every time when getting in to the boot keeping in mind many factors, even temperature of the water (from my practice in a cold water T-Factor's rubber is noticeable losing elasticity). Also a period of not using does matter. Etc..

The Q-coller has been disputed repeatedly. One example that has sources:

@Drago Thanks. I do not have privilege to spent time for listening. For me is enough to see their animation of mechanics how brain moves in the skull*. It is so low class and obsolete that makes all further discussions about this device ridiculous.

*Brain does not move in the skull because there’s no gap between bone and brain tissue ))

You could look into the Q-Collar,

If David Carradine knew about this device he would survive )

Saying seriously -  the idea of blood current limitation in such important area of supplying brain with oxygen and other important substances does not seem undisputable.

  6. Hello everyone. My new CC Goode ski is hurt by handle from the day one and opposite - ski hurts handle triangle by really cutting filaments. Since I have couple of new handles I'd like to investigate if there is a way to modify conventional handle to protected one?

Or if there is no way to do such modification could you please advise options of handles for such situation?

    Thanks!
