  1. ok you guys. I need to comment. All last summer and fall, my mantra was light beer only! I figured that would do it.

    That was not enough to hold the line. Had to get serious, and drop beer, proper meal plans etc . yes, and training all winter.

    Finally seeing some success. Goal is .5-1.0 lbs a week for 10 weeks.

     

    Anyway, @Than_Bogan, what does it mean to lose 1 lb==3 lbs that you don't have to hold?
