    @swc5150 What year did the Carbon V come out? I remember I was at Cleveland's Ski School in the early to mid 80's and someone had one (I think his name was Christian). I tried it and ran a few at 28 the first time on it which was the same as I could run on my EP Comp 1at the time. He told me I needed a new ski. I agreed but was a poor working college student so I had to stick with my EP. Beer and food were more important than a new ski at the time. Thanks for the memory. Thanks, Kevin

    @A_B I am sorry to hear about your friend. I just lost one of my best friends and wish I had spent more time with him the last year of his life. What I was doing in my busy life doesn't seem so important now.

    @dave2ball I agree about the Phase II handle. I looked for a new one when I started skiing again about 5 years ago but the shape obviously isn't popular any more. As @thager said the flat spots made it fit my hands nicely.

    @thager It was a Pro Line Phase II. I still have mine from the 80's. I'm thinking about getting it re-strung so I can use it again.

    I want to thank everyone for the help. I had checked Wiley's website but didn't see the old style. I called them and they had what I needed. I'm 51 and still forget there is a thing called a telephone sometime. Thanks again, Kevin

    The thread about old skis got me wanting to fix up my old @ 1979 EP Comp 1. I am looking for the rear toe hardware (bars) that have the uneven screw spacing as EP used at the time. All I can find on the net is bars with even spacing. Any ideas on a source? Thanks, Kevin
