    When odd problems occurred at our family shop it seems like it was a 50/50 split between something really basic and simple overlooked or a truly rare issue. Both situations sucked but was a relief when finally solved. Hope you get it fixed soon.

    I had a brand new handle do that to me in a run off for a spot to advance to the Nationals. Defective grommet had an sharp edge inside where you could not see it. Luckily I only got my feelings hurt. Casad apologized and gave me a new handle. It was not long after that I discovered In Tow!!

    Reflex R Style Mounting Screws and Washer

    Yesterday my Reflex R Style popped loose from the plate twice. Luckily I did not crash at that point. The second time it popped out after making sure it was tight, I figure (and was correct) the large washer is rusted out. So, anyone know where I might get new nuts and screws in stainless? (these non-stainless only lasted a few years) Luckily my ski buddy had a nut an screw so I was able to ski but the nut he had to use is pressing in on my heel in the center so I really need new mounting hardware for it.
