well after going otf between 3 and 4 ball on last pass of my first set this season ( mar 31 ) I just got home from the hospital a couple of days ago 6-8 weeks for the bones to heal but no real timeline on the brain thing yet, thing is I've got awesome wally skier form, ass back bent at waist arms straight out at shoulder height, it just doesn't cut it for the course, I don't want to be doing this again so I need some dryland training drills I could do in the coming weeks to break the bad habits and start building positive mussel memory for a more user friendly form any help will be appreciated and considered

a couple of years ago someone told me how you can mark your boat with tape so that when free skiing you can make sure you are getting as wide before your turn as if you were skiing the course, naturally I have since forgotten this marking method can anyone help with this?

I'm not saying my bindings caused the OTF I know it's my crappie technique just was thinking releasable could make these hits a little softer for those wondering I ride a 67" carbon V with double talons can scrape through at 15off but mostly free ski at 28-32off wakes nicer there anyway these releasable bindings aren't cheap especially for us north of the border so I was just looking for some honest feedback before I sell my kids to buy these things
