  1. I would lean more towards the LXi. The PS205’s are still pretty low. I bought an LXi because it was higher for my kids safety and is pretty good in rough water. Skis great too. It is a 2009 tho. The Wakesetter platform came from the earlier LXi’s
  2. Yep, Terry does this at our lake as well. Weaving is definitely a great way to feel the pass, feel accomplished, and have the confidence to making the next pass. Doing this or him telling us to get our form right at slower speeds has helped us be better skiers for sure. No one wants to do this because we are stubborn, but the change will make a difference in your skiing when it matters.
  3. On season as @twhisper always says to us, no reason to shorten the rope if you look like crap. Run a longer line say 22 and go to the speed that you can run with good form pass after pass. Then work on technique and move up from there. Off season I workout in the morning and do 100’s in the afternoon. 100’s are 5 sets of 20 reps of 4 different exercises in a row. Snow ski also.
