  1. Biggest issue with Radar is overseas manufacturing. I do ride radar everything but wont buy radar product made in China or others. Besides the ProBuilds i dont know what is made in USA.So now will have to look for another brand. I bought a masterline handle this year and very happy with it.
  2. Expedition - Space = lots - many ways to configure the inside for your road trips. - Ride is great ( living room on wheels); long wheelbase great suspension - ecoboost is awesome ( fuel efficient; quiet but you hear it when you want to punch it; and can tow anything i believe you will throw at it. Style is great. auto side steps are a nice option especially for buford.

I have seen good deals come on the Limited MAX edition.

    what else do you need?

@horton watch the old eco boost testing videos on youtube from Ford. I believe its a 4 or 5 part series from them. You will be impressed with its performance and longevity and how much you can abuse it. It prides itself on its towing capability for its size. its pretty awesome.

  3. Live in Toronto, Canada - buy from guys on both sides of the boarder and have never had an issue. bought everything from a neoprene cap to a ski - 15 purchases via SIA not one problem. Great people and most are well ingrained in the water ski community. Larry runs a great site / community place there.
  4. As i think you will find over threads the past few years; the Radar Lyric ( Senate) and HO Omni are head to head skis in their respective fields. I have never seen more comparisons with similar results as I have with these two.

I personally ride a 2019 Senate Li and had a 2016 previously. Great skis but i don't think you can go wrong either way!

If you can; test it before you buy it. I know Radar has the radar nation tour and many of their dealers have great demo options. I would believe HO dealers would have something similar also.

Sidenote - when you do buy your ski; depending where you get it from; check on here for settings to optimize your time on the water. Could save you a headache or two.

    Good Luck & Enjoy!

  5. @ironhorse yes, and i know exactly what you mean. Stokes doesn't have that short fit problem. I'm 6' ; 172lbs, with a long torso and it overlaps my shorts perfectly. I believe @Horton has been a stokes user for a while and does have reviews on here to watch. Hope that helps!
  6. Hey Kim,

Great message. Unfortunately we will not be coming down for the event due to the whole ordeal and border issues....however we will still buy our tickets to support and hope you will run it again next year.

I was really looking forward to coming down to MI but will mark it down for 2021.

Hope you have a great turnout and lots of fun!

  7. I agree with @TFIN and Radar on this one; these events are so much more than the product itself. You meet the best people at a radar nation day, and to have to stay distant would really take away from it. Can't wait for these to be back up and running! Thanks for the update @TFIN
  8. I would be willing to pay $300 for a half day, if i had to bring all my own stuff. I hear @Jmoski above and agree with his numbers but feel there's a premium to be paid to have a private ski lake to your self. After i burn out of slalom sets i would love to mess around on the trick ( which means fall a lot) and not have to worry about pissing off the dock. I also think a half day out there is all my arms could handle. Cool idea.
