  1. Moved a wall 7 inches to fit mine in my garage! Worth it!!!
  2. Started skiing with contacts this year. I sometimes get spray in my face on my off side and becomes blurry in one eye, quite annoying but still feel the contacts are a big help.
  3. Second to measuring it. Mine was about a foot short.
  4. found that mine was loose yesterday. Also didn't make me very happy.
  5. After receiving my 2018 prostar a few months back I had the same question! asked around to MC promo guys(multiple) and experienced skiers and drivers with prostars ranging from 2015 to 2018. So far the only answered received was they have not had to do any grinding to there rudders. Weight was the only thing they said to figure out to make the boat level. Recommended to use two observers when driving a tournament with no extra weight. Curious to see what others here have to say
  6. @blagrata, Had my 2018 at Norris last week seems to be a bigger wake for trick speeds on the deep water there.(tested with the trick) No tower or bow lid on mine. if you want to compare im out on portage lakes or berlin! Adam
  7. 2015 v-type 65'' moved to a 66'' with the pro
  8. Everyone is too busy enjoying it ! only a couple weeks on the pro this year but very happy with the ski!
  9. I had a 15 V type and just switch this season to the pro so far so good! I would say an upgrade from the v type definitely seems more forgiving. I did move from a 65'' to a 66'' with the pro but id still say its an upgrade.
  10. Been told by many, that ski companies will design the mid weight ski such as 66'' and 67'' skis and the 65'' and 68'' don't have the design time, instead just scale the ski to size. And due to that its better to go with one of the mid weight ski. Any truth to that?
  11. mine is in the same hole you have it in in the picture
  12. Hopefully the rumors of keeping current hull going for awhile and having the new one are true! at least for natique buyers they will have the option. That might also help the prices stay closer to where they are now if your still able to buy a current 200 hull for similar to current price.
  13. like with bumblebee, black outline just makes the color pop. mine at the factory!
  14. Same situation I had with my girlfriend that learned to ski last year. Learned to ski last summer, rode ours friends lyrics both with double boot and rtp. The girls that had the lyrics also thought they were a little to aggressive for themselves . We went with a 2017 HO Freeride EVO. We also took into account she wouldn't be in the course as much as me so something that was more of an open water ski was a better option. She loves the ski. Turns easily and very forgiving. I skied it and knew it would be a good ski for her because of how stable and easy it is to ski.
  15. I notice the zr4 being much smoother out of the hole than the h5 both plenty of power. Both good choices!
  16. The info in this thread is great! After reading this whole thread I decided to do some cutting on my supershell. I always thought there was a way to make the boot better just didn't know where to start. Just a start but the difference is very noticeable already in the forward and lateral mobility. Any further Suggestions?
  17. also Curious about firebird or other ski lakes in that area for some sets. Ill be visiting family in that area either march or early april. If you hear anything or get a good direction please share!!
  18. Demo from Bennetts. If you talk to them before their production slot is filled you can pick all your options they use it in there ski school for a couple months for a good price. little quicker than if you want to pick your options on a promo don't have to wait a year to get the boat. It was a good option for me!
