  1. @APB I park my boat in a garage when not in use and have a oscillating fan mounted on the side wall above the boat that usually dries the boat out over night. My garage is heated and well insulated so no worries about freezing during the cold winter months
  2. The Wednesday night crew celebrated another Wednesday night at Bow lake with a taco feed featuring pulled pork, chicken, carne asada and tongue along with home made guacamole, tamales and finished off with home made triple berry ice cream. The owner of the lake gave us all hoodies ?? so now we all match?. Only 2 weeks til our annual trip to lake Curlewvsdt51i3mdcj.jpeg

  3. @DaveD actually that is a typical Wednesday night for us at Bow lake. Every week is a different theme dinner from plain old bbq burgers to our annual seafood boil to breakfast for dinner to wing night to our ever popular bacon fest. We make our ski time together an event and are there to ski as much as for the fellowship! Everyone of us agrees that Wednesday is the best night of the week. The Wednesday night crew is the best bunch of guys to ski and hang out with. We make skiing fun! There is an open invitation for any baller to joins us if you ever get up to this part of the great PNW
  4. This week the Wednesday night crew celebrated @Rednucleus 62 birthday with a Malaysian feast! We started off with Ken’s assorted fruit had spring rolls, pot stickers and lumpia for appetizers then for the main course clay pot chicken, chicken feet, garlic noodles, won ton soup and purple rice. Finished things off with a German chocolate cake made by @Rednucleus wife topped with my homemade rocky road ice cream. What a night! Oh yes we did ski before hand. No more birthday celebrations til Ken’s in July. Now it will just be our “regular menu” til then?

  5. @jercrane if you have no luck taking care of this problem go with a Stokes wetsuit. They are super light weight and made really well. 3 of the 4 members of the Wednesday night crew have them and we all like them very much. Plus the customer service is second to none. There are several threads on BOS that talk about the Stokes wetsuits
  6. @xstar22 have never skied on the Omni just the Carbon Omni. No problem with my knees at all. This is an amazing ski that has really upped my game. I wouldn’t be afraid to go with it. If you aren’t sure demo one for awhile and be the judge for yourself. Good luck with your new ski ?
  7. @xstar22 I also have had double knee replacement and like you skiing now is painless! I have a few years on you as I am 61 but my knees have never felt better. I bought a Carbon Omni last year and really like this ski! One of my ski partners hasn’t had a new ski in 10 years and has been trying out a few different HO skis. His favorite is the Carbon Omni and he is planning on buying it. @Rednucleus skis with Dave Wingerter at Hilltop. This is the guy who designed the Carbon Omni and from what he has told @Rednucleus this sounds like the perfect ski for you. If you aren’t sure demo a few HO skis and find the one that works for you. Just my 2 cents worth
  8. The Wednesday night crew celebrated Doug’s 62 birthday tonight at Bow lake. Dave barbecued a lamb roast along with homemade rhubarb sauce. I made a red potato salad and homemade ice cream with chopped up peanuts and Hershey’s bars. Ken brought appetizers. 2 of our wives and Doug’s son joined us. What a great night of skiing and fellowship with absolutely the greatest group of friends to ski and hang out with! I love Wednesday nights n1zrxmc31y3v.jpeg

  9. My wife got a new Radar Lyric last year and went with the Wiley bindings. She loves them. Her feet are also small. She has never been in double high wrap boots before and got used to them quite fast. Now she won’t use any other boot. Go Wiley’s
