  1. @Andre Use me as an example! Unfortunately I am the poster child! Everybody that has a course should do this!
  2. Well I for one wish our turn balls were nice and low as described in this thred. This morning i went to have my ankle x rayed after hitting 3 ball on a tight turn and hyper extended my ankle. X rays are negative but i have appt. with orthopedist....as i write this i am in the recliner with ice on my ankle. Sucks cause the water is smooth!
  3. Dbaconaz, I currently ski on a pro build and really like it and am intrigued by the Ion
  4. These seem to be good comparisons and an interesting thred...anybody else?
  5. I have had many sets of vectors and my foot is 10.5 and the standard is perfect for me
  6. The windshield and shape look identical to a ski supreme minus the teak. Makes me wonder if there is a connection to the big offshoot of mastercraft in the 80’s in east Tennessee...namely supra and ski supreme...Rob Shirley, Bill Fowler, etc.
  7. Had the same problem with my vectors...I rekon there were issues with older ones...but The Man Brooks fixed me up! Radar is pretty good at backing up their stuff and that is one of the reasons i keep buying it. If they aren’t too old i suggest calling radar.
  8. I know of at least two boats on our lake this summer that have taken on serious water from a surf boat’s wake. One had to be towed in and pretty much sank. If you have an open bow you better be careful if you have their wake coming your way...the first one over the bow is bad but the second one can debilitate your boat! They scare my wife when she is driving. I think they can be a danger.
  9. You would probably be amazed how stable and fun the new skis are compared to the shortline. Lots of choices...I like Radar. Check out ski it again.com
  10. Wow! Looks like a great time. We like to vacation and ski at Negril Jamaica. Couples Swept Away and Sandals have a Mastercraft and give pulls on the smooth ( sometimes) morning ocean. One fellow I met there from England had skied 60 times over his 2 week vacation...and he was 70!
  11. Well said Shell...I apply that definition to a lot of things in my life! Oh +1 for the slasher
  12. Good move getting the vectors...they are very versitle. Just don’t put them away wet...let them dry out
  13. I just replaced my pump in the 91 prostar...it was easier than i thought it would be. It was the first replacement and the boat has thousands of hours
