    If you want the cost and hassle that's fine. I run two 100' hoses downhill to my gas pressure washer for a once a year job.

    Hose or hoses from the house down to the dock would work. Water runs downhill very easily. If you need more pressure use a pressure washer. Water would be clean with little chance of sending algae onto your stuff,

    Cutting board sheets are polyethylene 12" x 15" x .5mm in size and about $2.50 each at Walmart.

    @Gloersen I could see a thin sheet of flexible cutting board material cut to size and attached under the toe piece maybe working also.

    I have tried using different rubber coatings to replace the rubber on an old US Gear handle with moderate success. Coatings tend to wear off quickly. Am presently experimenting with the idea of sectioning a US Gear handle, replacing the center section with a same size rubber hollow core handle piece, attaching the ends and retying the handle. Sections will held together with tube in a tube with the handle rope providing the strength as it does in this type of handle. It's a long winter ahead!

    As it gets colder I move my fin back (reduce DFT) here in MN. I leave everything else alone.

    Keep the current cable. The cables in the newer boats feel over reactive to me and vary boat to boat IMO. Surprised there aren't more accidents/incidents with the DBW throttles.

    @UCFskier Yup, just messing! Wearing a helmet to slalom is a personal choice. Speaking from experience though, I have had 7 concussions in my lifetime. Four playing football in HS and college with a helmet on, two back barefooting and greeting my knees and one while employed as a bouncer. Explains a lot?

    I was one of the first to do the conversion myself. Did my 02 in 2010, also thru Tim White. Tim sent me the parts and I did the swap. He helped me with any questions. Was relatively easy.
