  1. From RS - Wileys are nice except when you have really narrow long feet.  Plus I tend to ski a lot in cold water where the intuition liners are nice.  I skied in double Wileys for 2-3 years. I had to modify them to get them to work well with my foot shape.  My husband had some Wileys specailly made several eyars ago for his long, flat, narrow feet. He loved the way they fit. I thnk they used an XL plate with L overlays & cut out the toe.ÂÂÂÂ
  2. I used to use an old set of thin plastic wedges that came with a KD ski. I bought the HO gauges last year and they work so much better.
  3. We just got a 6 year old girl hooked on the zipsled this weekend. I think she rode it for over an hour and it was all she could talk about the rest of the weekend. The trainers are next.
  4. It will prbably be in the garage rafters along with that crappy old Vengance that I can't give away.
  5. Well I've only had 3 sets on my new Nomad and it rocks. There is a 67" Monza for sell, it doesn't rock...
  6. Last night I did my famous good early pass until 5 ball, look at the ball & go down... boy that pisses me off.
  7. Rookie - what did you think about the Fisher compared to the Nomad?
  8. Just skiing on my Monza for now. I ordered a new D3 Nomad several weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet. Anyone else waiting for a Nomad?
  9. I agree slowing the boat down & using a wide ride is the way to go.  When I started getting into the course I had a Duval 900 and struggled for 1.5 years, occsionally running the course. Then I got an HO Burner and this allowed me to slow the boat down more (about 24 mph) and work on my technique. The only issue is I wish I had switched to a higher-end ski sooner. I always had trouble with 30 mph on the wide ride until I got my Monza. ÂÂÂÂ
