Anyone else from the frozen north lucky enough to get a run in.

Second the size 11's. I'm a size 10 1/2 and 11,s have worked fine for me. Had the same problem finding 11,s at a good prize. Found one at Barts and another at liquidators site. Both had the way wrong plates, but I use the sequence plate so it didn't matter. $270 and 3 months of searching for the bundle.

@Kelvin She does ski and even tried tricking when I went down last fall to visit. But with grad school, her thesis being due soon and also getting married this fall, skiing probably not on her mind but I will ask.

Was going to write just about the same post in a week or two. Heading down from frozen Michigan to San Marcos the first week of May to see my daughter get her Masters from Texas State and help her with the move back home. Also looking to get some water time in, gas, cash wash and wax your boat.

@Dusty When I searched it I found it at a couple of places and a local dive shop should have it too.

The last seal repair kit the I got from OS Systems came with there glue PB-300 Drysuit Adhesive. I thought it worked a lot better then the aquaseal.

Have had the problem myself for 30 years, never had a problem with skiing or any other activity. Diet and not eating before bed has helped me the most once things got under control.
Good luck

@Horton Any chance of getting a new Wooden Underground shirt, mines just about worn out..

Normally I ski on a Public lake that we have a course on, this past year I was able to ski at a couple of private sites. What a difference in water conditions and no traffic. How would you train when your water conditions are changing constantly.

Happy Birthday and make it a good one.

Polar Bear Ski Air temp 22. Almost fell off the platform putting my ski on, it was a sheet of ice. Now its time to dry everything off and put it storage for 3 months.

That is just to funny. The company that I work for, (Thermotron), that builds environmental simulation chambers and I have to show that to some of automotive engineers I know in the test labs.

Heater tops and shorties here. Water was still at 67 yesterday, but that's going to change quicky.
-
Summers short, I'll ski in almost any conditions, it’s a good work out. As far as low temps that what wet and dry suits and heaters in the boat are for.
-
Work gets scheduled around skiing all the time.

End of my 6th season with RS-1's. There set up where I can take the ski off in the water without undoing the laces with the same amount of effort as with my old rubber set-up. Front laces as tight as can be, top snug. Fortunately I've only had a couple of crashes that required coming out of the boots and I did without and problems. A few wear I going came out part way, but without any real injury.
