You look smoother on that ski than any other I think. Good speed through out the pass
-
I smell what you're stepping in

I finally tried the newer longer, shallower settings for my 66 ( 2.445 6.954 .745) I was a little nervous at first because the fin was so shallow and a lot longer. I skied -28, -32 and -35 at 36mph. I liked the settings for -35 but I didn't really care for them at the longer lengths. I could really feel the shallow fin and the ski felt loose. I'm going back to my old settings: 2.480 6.870 .750 boot at 29.25

I like the ergo k gloves a lot. I have small hands and the ergos fit great. The radar size chart for gloves I think is pretty accurate too.

Yes the pull feels awesome. I set a pb behind it my third day and matched it the next day. It will be a 14 prostar or a txi for me.
-
I think the boat is louder than our 08 197. We were thinking its coming from the gap between the motor box and floor, because the boat I was in didnt have carpet. Carpet might help what we heard.

I'm in oconomowoc on lac la belle. Message me your number

Anyone ski both boats? Are they comparable?
-
The PS wake is comparable at slower speeds to the 200. 36mph wake is awesome. I have not skied a txi yet. The txi is probably a cheaper route.

@BlueSki are you on the new updated numbers?

Pb. Ran 4@-35 at 36mph twice in fl 2 weeks ago. Not yet here in wi though.

I would have to agree, the Vapor is rock'n. I went down to ski with Brooks Wilson 2 weeks ago and the Vapor had me running 32s at 36mph right out of the gate every time. I usually dont starting running them consistently until late June. I ran as many as 5 in a row, which has never happened. I ran 4@35 twice which is a new pb.
The ski has awesome speed and the turns are predictable and stable. I have never been so wide and early before on my harder passes.

Yes front reflex. She tried a bunch of rear bindings but came back to the vapor. Vapor wouldnt fit with the reflex release so they cut the toe off to make it fit.

I love these guys. Always a good laugh. Keep making videos

I was skiing with brooks as well last week. I loved the new site with the two lake options. We had some wind every day and were never blown out,or even close to it. I liked skiing lake to lake.
The new MC is awesome. I loved the wakes and the interior room. I think that's my next boat!
Brooks's coaching is dialed and spot on! He worked with me on my outbound direction off the wake and a little with my position and reach in the turn. His tips were easy to understand and gave me immediate results I could feel.
Brooks had me running my hardest pass every time (-32@36) with in the first set. I ran over 90% of my 32s, when before I would run it about 25% of the time. I reached a new pb 4@-35 twice in 2 days.
I encourage everyone to try brooks at the boarding school or book a clinic at your site.

Ski with brooks Wilson at the boarding school. I just got back from a 4 day trip there. The site is awesome, well protected for any wind and his coaching is spot on. I pb'd there and then backed it up again the next day.

I have not tried the new longer, shallower stock fin settings yet either. Im still on the older stock settings. Let us know how the ski feels compared to the older, deeper shorter settings

Sounds like a technique issue not a ski or binding issue. Video would help a lot. In my opinion it seems from your description you are releasing all of your energy at the edge change which sends your body and shoulders to the inside of the optimal path. This puts you narrow and fast into two.
-
Im having the same troubles at-32,-35 at 36mph as Razorskier1 and Gloersen. I think learning these concepts is the key for me to run the pass easier.

WI. This boat had perfect pass digital pro, hot shower, heater, 315hp black scorpion option motor. bimini, boom, spare prop. No tower. I would say thats a good price for the yr vs hrs.

Last spring I sold a 97 closed bow echelon with over 500hrs in 2 days for $13000

I will buy from him, thanks for the comments

my last 2 skis had carbon fragements on the bottom, not as big as yours but you noticed them.
