  1. Teammalibu, Did you try the 66.5 S2? I would really like to hear what you thought since you sound really close to my size. Garn
  2. If I was looking at an HO S2, and I weigh 190, ski at 34 mph, and my personal best is 3 @ 32 off, what would be better? A 66.5 or 67.5 inch ski? Thanks, Garn
  3. Got my new vest as well. Love it! The extra neoprene makes for a tight fit. But I think that will stretch (hopefully). Garn
  4. Hmmm... not that I know of. St. George area there are a few. I've been to Gunlock Resevoir and it was nice. We were all by ourselves. Not to many people utilize it. There are a few others around St. George. But I don't know of anything right there around Cedar. Garn
  5. Big thanks to all of your for your help and suggestions. Garn
  6. I would like 4 of the non-Ballof Spray ones. Let me know how to order them. Garn
  7. I welcome the help. If I'm with somebody and they see something I'm doing or not doing - please tell me! I need all the help I can get! Garn
  8. Thanks for posting those Scot. I appreciate it and everyone's help. I do want to add a disclaimer that I do look a bit better then that now. That 28 off video was the very first time I every ran it. I can't but help notice the difference in Scot's "relaxing" 28 off video and my not-so-relaxing 28 off. It sometimes gets frustrating when I watch someone like you Scot run a pass with what appears to be literally zero effort while for me it is so difficult and requires so much effort. Bottom line - you make it look easy. Ral, I'm not sure what you mean by a "regressive" pullout. Now, on my turn-in for the gates, I start my turn-in when the left entrance gate and the 1 ball line up. I try not to suddenly load the line. I really do appreciate all your help. Garn
  9. When I don't make 28, I normally get pretty close. I'm pretty consistant running my 22's. I'm on an 67" A1 and I weight 190 and I'm a right foot forward skier. My personal best is 3 @ 32. But normally I can't get past 2 ball at 32. I get the slack right from the beginning. Thank you all for your help. Garn
  10. I run 28 off about every 4th attempt. But when I try 32 off, I have a ton of slack in the rope at the end of the turn. My understanding tells me I am either pulling too long or I am riding a flat ski into the buoy. But I don't think I'm riding a flat ski. And as for pulling, I feel as if I'm pulling what I need to get to the buoy. Any suggestions? And no, I don't have any video. I'm running at 34 mph. Thanks, Garn
  11. I don't think you can beat the Adrenaline drysuit when you compare price ($289) and quantity. It is a baggy suit. I have had mine a good 6 years and it still looks like new. I highly recommend them. Their URL is http://adrenalinewatersports.com/proddetl.aspx?ID=297&CatID=8&SubID=17&pg=0 Garn
  12. Does the color have to be the same for everybody? I prefer Red. Garn
  13. Straighten and relax your arms (from Wade Williams). Garn
  14. Like Scot, I to am interested if the extra is on the front/side. Garn
  15. "The doer and the thinker - no allotment for the other" Tull fan?
  16. The ProLocks run pretty much the same as Clinchers. I used Large Clinchers and I use Large ProLocks. The Radar Vice on the other hand run extremely small! If buying those definitely get a larger size then you normally would. My brother bought a pair of Radar Vices and had to go two sizes bigger! Garn
  17. Depending on the color and style, I'm in. Garn
  18. What color/style would it be? Garn
  19. It looked just like the ski in this picture: http://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?fbid=1836935604596&set=a.1268326669728.2041385.1276669657&theater Which doesn't look like the one on your website. Thanks, Garn
  20. Question for Eddie. I went into Marine Products in Salt Lake yesterday just to look at the Vice. They have a Vice but it doesn't look at all like the Vice on the Radar website. It looks more like a Strada with a couple of blue stripes through it. I love the look of the ski on the website. But I was disappointed with the looks of this one. Is this an early version or do you have different graphics for the Vice?  Thanks, Garn
  21. I think the Vice is the bitchenest lookin ski that I have ever seen. I want one just for that reason alone!  Garn
  22. Which would be a better choice for a female who is new to the slalom course? A 2006 D3 Nomad or a 2008 D3 Nomad RC? I'm not a D3 expert so I don't know what the difference is between the two skis. Thanks, Garn
  23. Seriously, that is a great looking boot for a guy or a girl. I'll trade in my black RS1s for a pair of those. Somebody should tell Radar. Garn
  24. Rossi has a video of him on the new Strada running a complete pass at 41 off.  Now here's one of Andy doing it. How come neither of them show an attempt at 43 off? Do they just stop at 41? If so, why? If/when Chris makes 41 at a tournament and then goes for 43, you would think he would have wanted some previous practice at that line length. I for one would love to see these guys go for 43 even if they don't even make one ball. Garn
  25. In response to the recent thread about the Stargazer upgrade that would simulate ZO, I have some new information on that. I emailed Randy yesterday with some questions about Stargazer. One of the questions was regarding the new upgrade. This was his response to me.... "The forum chatter is in reference to a software option we were working on to provide a simulator program that mimicked to ZeroOff pull characteristics. It was fully developed and tested when we heard that ZO was incorporating variable pull characteristics to allow users to find a pull that they liked, in other words feel more like ours. At this time we are not going ahead with that upgrade. "  So it sounds like there is not going to be a ZO simulator for Stargazer.  Garn
