John, I am very sorry to hear about the terrible accident. I hope your son recovers quickly and fully. Just a thought. I knew a guy who broke his neck jumping at Canyon Lake because of a helmet. There are some dangers to slalom skiing and having the helmet bucket water and yank your neck around. I just wanted to let you know that it may be quite dangerous.

I have had tennis elbow for years. My doctor said the only thing that would work was rest/non-use. I took some time off and it went away. I tried the bent handle and found no difference. A larger diameter helped a bit. Don't do any curls or curl type excercises in the gym they make it worse. I went to physical therapy and also did the electro-shock (not the kind Horton had to his head), ice baths, etc. None of it helped. Good luck.

HO Turbo, Connely Concept, the first KD 7000(slow but still a good ski), D3 CustomX. Horton probably misses his balsa wood topped jump skis, am I right J.T.?

Horton, you know you always could ski circles around me. If I had your natural ability and talent I would be a good skier. I wish Jack Hanna had not lied to me. I have skied more than the five years and didn't even make mediocre. It is a great sport and I enjoy the website. Keep up the good work.

Maybe it is your skiing and not your ski. Just a thought, Peabody. I have always believed quality is more important than quantity. I remember the famous Jack Hanna telling me, "if you ski every day for the next five years, you might be mediocre." How true. I flew over Dr. Harsch on Friday and it looked like he was at 41 again. Hard to tell from 500 feet though. There is some good skiing going on at BelAqua.
It has been a tough week in water skiing.
