That is a classic!!!! How far down the rope could you run with that handle set up? My dad used to take up his excessive slack with the split handle in the 70's.

The latest issue is actually very good. A nice change compared to the last few issues.

How do you warm up the water if no one is allowed to pee?

With all of the discussions lately about qualifications and ratings and sanctions for drivers around BOS, my question for everyone is: What do you think a good driver should do for you from the skier perspective? (I don't really care about the politics of this sport, it is sad how bad it is getting.) My things are: 1. Do not yank the handle on me when idling out. 2. Be smooth in the when turning a button hook. 3. Hit the throttle the way THE SKIER wants it, not the driver. 4. Turn the F*#$@$g engine off when you can, gas is expensive. 5. A cold beer and a dry towel is a nice touch as well (I think only my beautiful wife does that one for me…) Thanks for your opinions. Mike

Slalom should be head to head like drag racing, courses side by side, go around all of the balls, first skier across wins! Boats go as fast as they have to get their skier through the end gates first. Just a thought, it would make sense to Joe Public.

I would be surprised that SN 200 is their best selling hull, I would think a wake board hull would be on top as that is what Joe Public buys. Does anyone here have actual #'s sold of each model?

I have got the mag since 1986, and have all of them. The boat buyers guide is a joke now compared to what it used to be. I like getting it in the mail (old school thing) and I wish it was a better magazine overall but it is the only one waterskiing has.

The VW TDI engine gets amazing millage and you have the horse power of a real car as well.

OB is right, that is a sweet boat at a great price.
