@Deep11 I did mine seven years ago (hockey not on the water) and wound up with a plate and screws in my fib. Nine months recovery and other than some minor discomfort in a downhill ski boot I have no problems. Good luck - sorry for your injury.

Boat use and maintenance is way more important than actual hours. If the proper maintenance is done and the owner is looking after his or her boat properly a boat can last for years... I am sure we all know a guy that abuses the crap out of his boat and would never buy it no matter what the hour meter said.
