Thanks @brent I appreciate that. I would have loved to enter that contest but I am just not around that many Radars or Honus, so finding material was going to be tough.

As a side note @sully had his first ride over the jump during this tournament and rode away his 2nd jump ever and that was pretty amazing.

It has been a great summer in the NW for skiing. Still need more chicks in bikinis however.

I love putting the Goodman's in the vids. Lucie is one of my favorite subjects and is always good for some hamming around.

Here is a Video of a tournament from a few weeks ago that was super fun. Winlock waters is a 3 lake site about 60 miles north of Portland. Great people that know how to have a good time while skiing.

@sunvalleylaw the water temp that weekend was just at 80. Not always typical but the air was about 90 the previous few days. Great weekend for a tournament.

You are always going to have that problem if you use off the shelf music on Youtube, Facebook or Vimeo. Their software is designed to search all new posts for copyrighted content. There is a ton of great Free Creative Commons music out there for use in personal videos.

A hint would be to google how to use copyrighted music on Youtube and you will find out how others do this.

Thanks guys, We had a small remote airplane that we put the gopro on and it worked great. Just got to get it fly a little lower for some better shots.

 

@jedgell on the Warman website there is contact information for Matt McCuddy. You would need to talk to him about the possibility of getting onto Warman. There is a great tournament going on this coming weekend that is hosted by the Emerald Valley Ski Club. they have Practice Friday night but I believe is does not start until 5 pm.

@GregDavis i'm not sure this is a place that would be conducive to holding an event like that. skis great but Medford/Eagle Point is not a huge area, but you never know maybe Rob Lund is up for a challenge of hosting an event?
