Video is my son first time making the course at Chet Raley's site. Chet had him reaching before he actually made all 6. His theory was that we shouldn't have them work at something they will not be doing later. This was 3 years ago I believe, he ran his first 28 off at 34 mph last saturday. Proud Papa. Gotta love watching these kids progress!

 

 

Son 10. Daughter 12. Both in the course right after some practice runs. Daughter just turned 16, I think it has definetely helped her to drive boats, wheelers, etc as someone stated above. Son is now 13 and drives very well. Nautique makes it easy.

By the way, the red/black Ski Nautique 200 in the video is a 2013 with 200 hours and is for sale if anyone is intersted. PM or email me at brent@eproofing.biz.

@skier 2788 I was not. Should work fine with your old phone. @coxjon I tried the ski-doc and could not get it to turn smoothly enough to work. It seems like others have had better luck though.

I got to use my new wakeye mount with ipad mini and it works really well. You do not need the idevice subscribed to a cell service for the app to work. It turns on and off based on speed very well. Just set it up and leave it alone. The problem now is at the end of the day, you might have more videos than you wanted... Delete, delete, delete...

1. They have to want to try.

2. Let them bring a buddy.

@richarddoane if you mean shutting off the main power switch then yes, didn't change. If there is a "reset" for ZO, then no. @Erik4c it says "tournament" across the screen, and I'm pressing "tournament slalom" so yes it's not in recreational mode. It must have to do with mapping...?

Does it have a production number on it? I know Mapples and Radars do. Might be able to verify blem-ness with the factory.

So with a Reflex Front boot, am I to measure to the furthest point back (which would be just under the block) for this number? If so, I couldn't even run a pass at 29-15/16, had to come back a good 1/8" from this. Yes @richarddoane I bought one. Love it.

I can't get mine to work w any camera. Not pleased. Just bought wakeye.

@Hipsup TW tested many designs for many years before coming up with the product he sells currently. I was there and had many of the prototypes on my handles. Trust me, there is a much higher "degree of certainty" with the Armguard. There is a reason for most details of the Armguard's design, most of which are for safety. I WILL NEVER SKI WITHOUT ONE AFTER WATCHING WHAT HE WENT THROUGH! Niether would you.

@OB Thomas Wayne is one of my main ski partners and a very good freind. I cannot agree more with your statements.

Here's a shot taken by my 12 year old son of my friend Thomas Wayne last week in Alaska. We're still tuffing it out with water in the 40's, after a great summer with many days of water in the 70's. Hopefully will get another week or so in before it becomes unbearable... Cool perspective I thought. And no, not all of us ski in face masks!

Tornament PB of 3.5 at -38 two weekends ago at Warman.

Practice PB of 0.5 at -39.5 (running up the rope) in FL before Nats.

Just think JC, a Mapple might have taken you to 4 at 38 like it did for me!
