I was at the factory not long ago and there were no finished carbon pros there. Bummed as I wanted to see one. Was not there boat shopping but for work. I sell adhesives and my company is looking into manufacturing bonding adhesive for the marine industry. Anyway there was one carbon pro there . It was obviously getting some r&d work to it. I was told then a redesign was in the works. I don't see why they would rename it a supreme. Doesn't really matter though. They build both lines side by side in the same building. From what I was told the majority of the money savings in the supreme was in the stereo systems and ballast.
I like the open bow as it's easier to launch / trailer boat by myself and not get wet. Still do it with my closed bow , but I'm always nervous I'll slip on the hood or nard myself on the windshield !
Icbw but I think when compared to the txi , the LXR was only a few thousand less. So probably not worth it. But now that they didn't sell , there are big discounts to be had.
I wasn't really considering one as potential next boat , but there are some deals on brand new leftover 2015s. I know it's pretty much a resurrected Resoonse LX with walk thru. Anyone that has one not the lx but LXR have any input on them ? Thanks. !!
It would be great to have a course on Folsom. But there is really no place to put one other than a 5 mile zone. The only cove I know of that would work gets shallow early on. I used to put a portable in and ski early weekdays . I got ticketed by the sheriff for obstructing a water way. Never did it again.
Sounds awesome . I'd love to hit up a winter waterski trip. But my wife would kill me if it wasn't a family trip. Acapulco is not kid friendly. Is waterski Costa Rica ? Dont they offer non skier packages ? Couldn't find info on website
I need to find a way to ski more than 4 passes a set. Rarely can I get in 6. Problem I have is my rear foot cramps up to point that I can no longer ski. Sometimes I pull my foot out for a bit to rest. But putting the binding back on in the water is a pain and doesn't help. It's not binding size as I already use a size larger than I can fit in. If I go larger I cannot ski. Have tried a variety of other systems but the only bindings that I can ski well on are the d3 leverage. It's been a awhile since ive experimented and have not tried any new systems. Hopefully 2017 I will find something.
15-28 on normal set. Can't say about current MC or Bu as have not skied behind them. I do think it's a bit softer than the nautique. But would buy a 200 no problem. Just so pricey !
Ha ! Not a fan either but looking for the kids and barefooting. The MC and BU look good but would like to weigh out other options. Hoping to get a ZO boat soon as my cc is getting up there in hours but still strong.
Not a bad price considering what you get. In 1.5 mil Bay Area that would get you a shack. I've flown over and driven past it but never been there. If one could sell memberships or run a ski school that would defiantly help offset the cost. Of course you need the cheddar to get in there first !
