Our public water course looks like that sometimes. I recomend 2 rakes and an hour or so's worth of labor sitting on a swim platform

@Horton @wtrskior I love how some people have time to dislike some peoples posts but not the time to post their real names. For those who can't take the time to click on my name my name is Tyler Reynolds. I ski at the last Openwater course in north Alabama and I put my name behind everything I post.

It's sad that we care about the old guys more than the younger people. As @eleeski said why are we wasting time limiting the treatment options for the old guys.

@rodger I guess I am lucky that I have an open river to ski on. We do have problems with fishermen cutting the course acasionally but luckly they tend to leave us mostly alone.

Ski every day I can. I try to hit 1 or 2 tournaments a year

@Roger as someone who's home site is an open water course, I will say that you are wrong. There have always been jerks out there that those of us who ski open water have had to deal with. It just so happens that they have gravitated towards wakeboard boats in the last 10 years.Public water can be nice if you place your course carefully. I caught a set this morning at 830 am with no problems. There were 2 of us and we skied till 1030 with not another boat in the area except for a fishing boat parked about 500yards north of the course. If you are ever in north Alabama I would love to give you a pull.

@Horton I like your idea, but you said you wanted a tourney you will attend, how about we say first 2000 skiers to enter ski all 3 events for overall points championship. The winner gets no trophy but gets bragging rights for the next season. Worst skier has to clean your boat after each set.
