  1. @Chef23‌ I am a hack. I started to ski very late in my life. Course only a handful of yrs now on a consistent 2X per week in the north so limited season. I have been 33-34 for the last yr, by July Ill feel comfortable enough to run at 34 all the time. I have not completed a -28 yet, damn close but have not got#5,6 yet. My goal this yr is to get that dreaded #6 and to be really good with no struggles at -22. I will be in the course for the 1st time this yr this weekend. I have been real busy with 2 kids and work. So I will let you know how things go, however I am not the skier that will know how to get to technical. I will do my best with limited knowledge.
  2. @JAS‌ Rossi did not give explanation of why the numbers or why the difference in the 2 sets. He just said try the 1st and if not working go to the second. Just got the ski sent today will get it set up this week and give it a try.
  3. @skidawg‌ @Texas6‌ This is for the 69.5 Vapor per Rossi. He said to start with the 1st set of numbers and then if needed try the 2nd. I will not know how this works until next week. I will get my new stick delivered Sat or Monday.

  4. @Jody_Seal‌ @EJOJprop‌

Jody the pics above you show rpm's of a 428 on your SN 200 at slalom speeds, is that a 6.0, 5.7 or other? If not a 5.7 are the rpm's roughly the same? I have a '10 SN 200 5.7 with the 1868 and I only slalom and pull my 5yr old around the lake, So I want to re prop. I am 6' and 225 on a ~1800 foot lakes w/ 6 buoys (so I need a decent shot to get to speed). How much will the 428 OJ reduce RPM's from the stock 1868? and as a big guy, will the feel of ZO be better as well? I am looking at 422, 654 and 428. I am liking what I have read so far about the 428 and the success your reporting. Just looking for the the best application for my set up. Eric, if you have some helpful info on this please comment. I appreciate your knowledge you share!

  5. love us gear, been using one for 2 years now. I purchased another one 9 months ago; Paypal charged but no handle. I have called 15x plus numerous emails and not one reply. DO NOT waste your money, you may not ever see your purchase.
  6. @waternut I appreciate your reply; however, my radar RTP does not have laces, its just the plain rubber set up. Possibly may need to try a different style RTP.

@Phil Great news on the modification, I will consider doing this along with @skialex idea of wrapping the bar with of foam. We still have aver a foot of ice so I will have some time to work with my issue.

    other ideas still welcome!!!

  7. I have been using a reflex w/ a radar RTP for 3 years and really like this set up. This past yr I had to battle a split big toe all season because I would hit the hardware or back of the binding when I kicked in. Reading other post, I know there are some very innovative engineering minds on here. Any suggestions other than moving the RTP back a bit? I have tried moving it and i felt very uncomfortable on the ski once I moved it...

    Thx for the ideas!

  8. @Skibug I have had a horrible time trying to reach Randy. He has collected my 136.00 back in Oct and no product has been delivered. I have tried calling (6-10 X) email 2-3 X and ZERO response. I purchased this via Paypal which I am out of the money due to the 45 day stipulation they have. how did you reach him, do you have another way to get in touch with him ETC???

If anyone know Randy, i would really like to connect with him.

    Much appreciated!!

  9. @Chuck_Dickey I tried calling the number on the US Gear website and "Mailbox Full" is the best I got. I sent an email from the website as well and nothing has come back. do you have a direct line for Randy? I would like to talk to him in person. @Horton @mlusa if I don't get anywhere with my order by next week I will be calling my CC and getting a reversal on my funds. I will order a custom handle from ML. Thanks for the info.
  10. @Wayne I inflate the airlock a little higher that 1/2 prop. As far as the rest of the underwater gear, i would have to say the skegs are not sitting in water. As the lift blows up the water runs out. I have never had a problem pulling the pug and water coming up. The customer service is great, Ken Moody is the man behind AirDock call and ask for him he is a good guy.

I went with this set up due to my fluctuating water level and unstable bottom. AirDock can be used in any water condition with out any adjustments. I will try to find some more good pics and post them.
