  1. The following statements were made by @Horton. Which one is correct?

    A. “For many skiers, the Omni would be a better choice than a more expensive and less stable traditional slalom ski. For this review, I ran numerous 32 offs on the 67 inch ski and through 35 off on the 65 inch ski. You can certainly take the Omni to shorter rope lengths, but past 35 off, a ski like the Syndicate Pro would be a better choice.”

    B. “You can run balls on a Omni but it is best suited for less aggressive skiing. It is a great ski but not the best for chasing balls. “

  2. @pjnyk I have a 2001 Sunsetter LX. I slalom on a private lake that provides a boat and only free ski a few times a year behind my boat. Wakes for slalom are comparable to new slalom boats. Not sure about tracking as I have never used in a course. Very small soft wakes with no rooster tail. With the wedge and weight we wake board and surf.

This is a great all around boat.

  3. This is one of the problems with our sport. The majority of us have no idea when the next tournament is or the results of the last one.

We need an easy place to find this information. A long with interviews with the pro athletes. Photos and highlight video of these events would also be nice.

If such a place exists please let us non informed know.

  4. @MS I rode the nano the 2015 season. Best ski I ever had. For some dumb reason I sold it to switch to an XT. Have tried several things since. Just sold an XTR. Not sure what I’m going to try next. Maybe a KD. Or maybe I need to go back to a Nano one.
