  1. I’ve heard that it is a current Goode ski split in half and made wider. Not sure which ski they modified. Nothing new. Think Vapor to Senate.
  2. My fear with handle guard was verified by Regina on Sunday at Swiss when her hand slipped through and got caught between guard and handle. Thank goodness she didn’t sustain more of an injury but I see that being more common than a head going through.
  3. @scoke It didn’t seem to bother these guys last year at Lake 38 pro am.
  4. Looking forward to the full pineapple review. I’ve never had more confidence and fun than on this new ski from Parsons Project.
  5. Most of you have seen @Hortonshort review last fall on the New Pineapple from Parsons Project and he definitely seemed impressed and he skied really well on it. All I can say is this thing is Amazing! The first model they came out with a few years ago had several really good attributes that I loved and they are definitely not lost on this new model which is a really good thing. This new ski is the easiest ski I’ve ever ridden right out of the box with stock settings. I’ve ridden almost every new ski out there with the exception of the few that were recently released and the Pineapple stands out in a really good way. It’s not a huge departure from your traditional ski that we are all comfortable with, but it really differentiates itself from the others. To me the holy grail of ski design is a ski that can accelerate quickly out of the buoy, but rides deep with a lot of grip from side to side and also is able to hold that line high on the boat while decelerating just enough to keep the line through the turn. This thing does all of this to perfection, even when I’m skiing like trash! This ski doesn’t punish you if you are late or fast, It just keeps doing its thing with a tight line throughout the Turn. Nick and Carl are both incredible guys too! Not to mention the build quality is top notch. Tough as nails and beautiful craftsmanship. The new Pineapple really should be on your list if you are contemplating a new ski this year. You won’t be disappointed.
  6. Same old cool aide @The_MS I'm telling you. Get the new pineapple and you’ll never look back. @MISkier Best Goode ever was heavily designed by Parsons. just saying.
  7. I also downloaded it and used it yesterday. Very nice product. Only complaint and it could’ve been my phone but when I mounted the phone horizontally and videoed it worked perfectly. I turned off but left app running in the background and when I turned the camera back on it was in vertical orientation and wouldn’t turn horizontal unless I closed app and re opened. Using selfie camera. everything else worked perfectly. thanks for a great product!!!
  8. Dang. Parrish? I know he’s won masters and Moomba and thought worlds. Never mind 2nd is best worlds crazy.
  9. I have a 68 I’d sell. Good shape
  10. Use s lines. pay less and don’t think about it again.
  11. @teammalibuyou got a good one. That was the boat I skied on all last year and it’s the best boat we’ve had. The 6.2 L skis so good. enjoy!!!!
  12. I honestly have never measured fuel economy between our 6.0 and the 6.2 but it sure feels like we don’t use as much in the 6.2. used it in a tournament and the drivers said the same thing.
  13. Many pros I’ve spoken to prefer the pull of the 6.2L they used a 6.2 at the MC pro tournament and skiers loved it. the pull is softer in my opinion. Engine doesn’t have to work as hard to keep rpm’s even. Less spiking. Also. Anyone with a shorter setup or higher altitude the 6.0 still struggles to get to speed in plenty of time before 55s 6.0 is very good and works well on a lot of lakes but it’s not even in the same class as the DI 6.2 which is what is in both malibu and SN https://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?endless=summer&topic=Search&category=Boat_3Event&postid=66002

  15. Our 6.2 liter 2021 prostar is still for sale. Buyer backed out link above isn’t working anymore. find it on SIA.
  16. Got a few new s lines handles. The quality of craftsmanship is very good! Can’t wait to ski with them and the new x series rope. the rubber on the handle feels way better than ML. Softer and more sticky. Thanks Scott for the excellent customer service.
  17. Pretty sure that is boarding schools previous boat.
  18. Haven’t fully unwrapped yet but here’s a few. Another 6.2liter
  19. 6.2L prostar. This is beginning to be the favorite engine for slalom skiers in the new prostar. I’ve skied ion this boat for the last two seasons and it’s an incredible boat. New one is here and so this one is ready to go. https://www.boattrader.com/boat/2021-mastercraft-prostar-8652878/
  20. Any Ortho guys on here or anyone with experience know realistically the recovery time to getting back to skiing after an ACDF. Doing 3 levels I see 3 months is usual but wondering with potential high impact with water if 3 months is realistic.
  21. We’ve got a 2021 prostar with a 6.2 about to go up on boat trader. its available now just don’t have pics yet. PM me if you are looking for 6.2. It’s the best engine for that hull. Pros are absolutely living 6.2 on the pro star.
