  1. @Horton Don’t. Not worth it. ? No it’s not an awful boat it’s just obvious that the quality went down and it’s not the same boat through Bryant.
  2. I thought the title was the nautique 200 not the new ski nautique. Huge difference
  3. I’ve owned both and as much as I liked the older 200s. The new design didn’t drive it ski as good as before the 2019. I now own a new prostar and hands down this boat is better. Driving and skiing.
  4. Took a set in 53 degree water here in Wichita Kansas a few days ago. May ski again tomorrow. Just keeping muscles firing before I go to boarding school next week. I have to get back on this pineapple. So fun to ride!!!
  5. Great tournament. Best ever. Don’t forget about Manons pending record in I think round 2.
  6. Someone with clout really needs to write in to ESPN. I’m mean things like marble racing and Scandinavian death diving gets all kinds of air time now. That’s just ridiculous.
  7. Where do I start? Well let’s start with the construction. This thing is so well built. You can immediately tell that it is a solid ski and will last. Matte finish on top and shiny on the bottom. On to how it skis. I can easily say that the onside turn is the best I’ve experienced on any ski. It has a tight radius/pivot type turn but doesn’t lose speed at the finish. My onside is usually my down fall on every ski I’ve ridden because I usually over cook it and I’m done. The offside is rewarding when you move forward on the ski and drive hips forward through the finish of the turn. Wake crossings are insane. This thing has unbelievable grip through the wakes allowing you to hold the direction and angle you’ve created and it’s a lot of angle. Another aspect that I love is how smoothly it edge changes. It’s seamless and you never find yourself riding flat out to the buoy. Lastly Nick has been incredible with setup. Very quick to respond. Weather is tanking for me but I look forward to the spring.
  8. @skihart I’ve actually been good this year. Skied most of the year on 9970cc which was awesome. Then tried a 68 ION that my buddy ordered and loved it even more. Set couple PB’s on it. I’ve been hounding Carl and nick to try this thing all summer so I thought I’d try the pineapple. It’s just so different. Pineapple comes tomorrow morning and I’ll hop right on it.
  9. Nick told me the 66 would be similar to a 68 ski.
  10. @FWinter will run 3 at 43 at the Mastercraft Pro behind new prostar. Obviously still 2020 but it’s gonna happen.
  11. Freddie got 4.5 last round for the win.
  12. @tru-jack I’ve put almost 50 hours on our 2021. We had a 2015 prostar before. There are two other newer prostars on our lake. The 2021 is so good. The tracking is so solid. The really nice part about this boat is that even though it tracks on a rail, you can still feel the skier and stay in sync with them.
  13. I’d love to see @TFIN compete in this.
  14. Stock is fantastic Best ski I’ve ridden
  15. Freddie is my pick. Glad to see CP in the mix.
  16. I’m pretty sure they tested both 5.3 and 6.0 before the release of the 6.0 in 2020. Testing showed the 6.0 to be preferred pull. My source works closely with Illmor and MC
  17. We’re putting in the water today. Here’s a sneak peek. Classic colors but you gotta love the flake on the bow option now!
  18. Best numbers for me on 9970cc are from chad Scott. 2.453 6.920 tips .710 That’s 68.5 so maybe less DFT for 67
  19. I have loved both the CG fin and the whisperfin on numerous skis. But every time I’ve tried the stock fin back on all skis I’ve been on, the stock fin just feels better.
  20. I watched her video though and her back leg is straight only on gate glide and turn in. Rest of the pass it’s bent
  21. I love my Aide vest. Most comfortable but I like a little more floatation
