So, this is a consideration if you store your trailer outside where the elements will try their best to deteriorate it.

Question is, are the galvanized trailer more expensive than the glossy painted ones from the factory? Second question, do most people care whether it is galvanized or not? How about single vs tandem axles? I know some states have requirements for tandems.

I don't think you need to crank on the housing bolts. As mentioned previously, you don't want to deal with a snapped bolt.

How about very simple handicap and not likely get creamed by someone breaking out. Here's my reasoning, chances are there will be a big handfuls of skiers entering that get into low to mid 39s. AND someone who has scores in the 38s are probably consistent at that level. A 35 skier will likely break out at best to 1 at 39.

The handicap:

Never ran 38 = 2, 35 = 3, 32 or less = 6

As of now, AWSA is contributing to wakeboarding bid to the olympics. 3 event is a long long shot to be considered to the games as I see it, unless they are cable driven. I think

AWSA can/should find a better use of the membership funds, since olympics is out of reach.

For Gs, it depends on are you talking about average sustaining or peak. Both are relative short duration, and of course peak is very short. So from observations, it seems 1.5 to 2 for sustaining and 3 to 4 for peak are reasonable.
