  1. When we were putting together the bid the subject came up about offering an international division. We put it in the bid. Bid was accepted. This division is for score only no awards. The skier would also have to ski in a regional. At SMRR we have multiple skiers and property owners from outside the US. I am not speaking on any official authority but just the intention of offering the division.

  2. I have tricked for 2 years now behind the CP. I have it set exactly like slalom the 2 weight bags that came with the boat in the nose. For tricking I just add 50lbs behind diver. I have played with all sorts of set ups including the 3 blade. The boat is good.. I'm a 3 eventer so my boat is set up to preform in all 3. PM me if you want more info.

  3. Hey @mad11 we got T$ around 5@41. If @thompjs would have gotten that wrong...might have riled the feathers... It might not have happened if Jim wasn't here we lost a judge on Friday. Having Terry D Thompson here made a dumb end of the tape guys job pretty easy!! Thanks for loaning us your camera worked flawless and saved us putting a judge on the berm.

  4. As a promo owner we are going to have to recoup some of the cost. 2 weekends 25 hours on my 15 CP. A lot of us are eating $2500 to $3000 per year. I have my 15 6ltr with 440 hours on it for 39k negotiable. (Just had a full service)The lack of boats is going to effect all of us in raised entry's. Last weekend 2 current promos and 1 aged out promo. (I hope when it sells he stays in or there will just be CC and CP) in Austin. MC occasionally has a boat here from Houston. Donny C has let his 15 MC be used, but it got 14 hours on it at a tourney. He is not a promo. Just supporting the game. I don't know the answer... but we need to help sell or local promo boats. So the crazy ones that put 50 to 70k out there and let us play with their boats keep doing it.
  5. I agree with Joe tow boats are our biggest problem. The last 2 weekends my boat has gotten 25 hours put on it. In Austin we have 2 promo boats. If Covingtons wouldn't have brought their boat last weekend I might have ended with 20 hrs last weekend alone.

  6. I agree with Joe Darwin on boat video being the best. The problem I have it needs to be standardized. I went to a tourney last year at certain parts of the day you could not destiquish where the bouy was from the video. If it is to be used it needs to be raised about 2 ft. Above the top of the pylon. Or have requirements on the set up of the camera in the boat.
  7. Scott I just bought a slasher this week. I went a size smaller. I'm in a small. Feels great the material seems more flexible. My only issue with Eagle was the Med was too small and the large was too big. I like the slasher being reversible. So far I would give it
  8. Texas JD.. CC had multiple boats, (thanks to Sail and Ski Austin) 1 Malibu from Houston, 1 Centurion. The Master Craft was a personal boat. So actual Promo boats from Austin, 1 CC,1 Centurion. Yes Darwin is right we had boats but it is tough and I think the programs are in trouble. We have at least 4 multiple lake sites in Austin and 2 current promo boats. 1 Malibu that has aged out but still working because of lack of boats. The only way to keep the programs alive is to buy local promo boats. If we don't sell them we can't buy new promo boats.
