Seems like a poor place to put the plastic overflow tank, right next to the exhaust manifold. Looks like the heat from the manifold is compromising the plastic. I bet the tank was made in China.

Has anyone had an issue with the closed coolant system on the 200s with the coolant tank forming spider cracks and cracking at the seam of the tank & leaking?

I think the prestigious tourneys should be held at the best sites available. Why is the super bowl played in a pro style stadium? Why is the masters golf tourney played at one of the best golf courses in the world? Etc, Etc.

Anyone know of a good product for attaching the insulation that is starting to come undone on inside of boat engine cover. Would like to find a spray adhesive that is resistant to high tempatures. I see auto parts stores sell spray adhesive for roof liners in the interior but can they withstand the heat?

A friend of mine figured it out: 8-10 passes at 34 mph uses 1.25 gallons of gas. So if you bring 5 gallons and ski 2 sets, that is very fair.
