    just bought a new 2011 Connelly f1 and I need the stock settings for the fin and binding. I'm using d3 leverages, double bindings. The ski is brand nee, never been used so Fin settings are probably still stock but wanted to check just to make sure.

    Broke both my ankles in Connelly Fastbacks about 5 years ago. I totally understand were you are coming from. At that time I really felt like the bindings were to blame because they didn't release. After about 3 months in a wheel chair staring at the boots I realized it was really my fault because I had tightened the boots up to tight and my heels just would not come up. ( I'm not saying it's your fault by any means) but none of these systems are perfect. The good news is I am sure you will have a speedy recovery.
