Wally Sinker?

I'm thinking of going with a Wally-sinker for a public lake install. It probably won't get much use as I have a great site for 90% of my skiing, but we often spend weekends at a larger public lake and this option would be attractive if it's reliable. Anyone using one? How's it working out?

We've had a Wally Sinker for about 5 years and would highly recommend as it has worked well. Ours gets frequent use - as much as 4x/week in summer or as little as 1x/month in Jan/Feb.

Most of our 'problems' seem to come from lack of use -ie winter. It does require routine maintenance. Maintaining air pressure in balls, scrubbing balls and the occasional air bladder replacement or diving for a sand bag.

Located in South Carolina our course is in about 10 -20 feet of water so we don't 'tangle' the sand bags as advertised on website. It rest on the bottom when sunk.

It's great for locales where you can't have a permanent course. When we aren't skiing the course isn't there.
