I was wondering if there was anyone on here that has already built a house there that I could discuss the process with. I wish they had just build the model home on the lake so I could live there! kfennell Posted December 9, 2011 Author Share Posted December 9, 2011 Poor guy won't have anyone to ski with anymore, I estimate that me and my wife used 40% of boat time this summer! He also built two others, including the developer's home, and is building a fourth now. He's a solid guy and an excellent builder.
