Baller MrJones Posted August 2, 2012 Baller Share Posted August 2, 2012 Hey Vance. Our lake is off of Osage Trail Road. As a kid in Oklahoma we had a couple of Osage (Bois de Arc) Trees in the yard. I had a custom made long bow made out of Osage wood. I also have some indian heritage (although Choctaw, not Osage). Figured there was some connection so we called it Osage Lake. Not the most creative but it seems to work. I would recommend making it something relevant to you, not based on anything you get from this crew.
