Landed this morning got on site just in time to acclimate myself behind the wheel and pulled some slalom and jump practice. Tournament starts Thursday, Lights are going in now we may have a night session tonight.... This is just not a jump event their will be slalom too! Will keep you posted. Felipe, Igor and Steve Chrichley among others took their first night practice jumps. Very cool! No really it was not just cool last night in the boat but cold!!! the cooler temps did not seem to bother the skiers, distances approached the 210' mark.. A little lull in the action as the stage is being set for the night slalom and jump final. Carlos Lamadrid top seed in the men night slalom final and Freddy top seed in men jump final. Side note Freddy Booted a 234' in the prelim.... big jump site record. On with dinner then in the boat at 9 pm for the extravaganza! Out of the boat they are supposed to save me a Pisco!!!
