Closest ski sites to Universal Orlando

The family is going to Universal over Easter for a little warm time. Mini-Chef and I want to go somewhere and ski two afternoons a couple of sets each day. What are some sites that are close to Universal Orlando. We will have a rental car but I would rather not drive an hour if I can avoid it.

Matt Rini is 15 min from the international blvd area where most of the hotels are. We just finished a great spring break with 2 days at Universal and a week skiing with Matt.

Drew's site almost guarantees good water and of course great coaching. Spring in Florida can be a bit windy.
