Baller makeall6 Posted August 23, 2013 Baller Share Posted August 23, 2013 Someone told me that I can set crew weight at 220 and leave it there all summer. Others have said that I should change it with different people in the boat. We have a bit of a short setup on one end. Any thoughts?

ToddF
@ob Every time! I figured the link would help you to know what crew weight meant
Baller GAJ0004 Posted August 25, 2013 Baller Share Posted August 25, 2013 I have to change it on my boat since I only have 240 HP. For skiers heavier than 150 pounds I have to set it higher by 50 pounds than the actual and set the Kx to ++ at 30 and 32 MPH only to get good course and split times. Once locked in there is very little RPM swing.
Baller Chef23 Posted August 25, 2013 Baller Share Posted August 25, 2013 I set mine to 400 lbs I think and just leave it there. Seems to work fine.
