Baller A_B Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 Have to assume ample power with a name like that!
Baller Drago Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 2 4 liter v12 lambo engines(!) Italian art.
Baller Edbrazil Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 A bit off the subject, but still exotic watercraft, here's what was in the local McDonald's parking lot the other day. Amphicar X 4.
Baller eleeski Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 @Edbrazil Not a good trick wake behind an amphicar. But my wife was delivered to the boat we were married on by an amphicar. Cool! Eric
Baller Skoot1123 Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 Always wanted a Lambo - never knew they did boats. Sweet sound - not the best for skiing, (except maybe for tricks) but for cruisen' that'd be awesome.
Baller Brewski Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 It is a Riva boat they are sick, the amphibis are cool....
Baller oldjeep Posted October 14, 2013 Baller Posted October 14, 2013 I'd have to take the old Vogue off the wall for a ski that matched the boat.
Baller Drago Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 @edBrazil. Whatcha doin hanging out at McD's?
Baller Waternut Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 Only 12 carbs... I see no issues at all firing that up in the morning. Really cool to see someone go that far for something they care about.
Baller davemac Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 Beautiful boat. Unfortunately the Lambo video was not created by the same peeps who did that recent ProStar video. It is a sin that they deprived us of hearing the music those V12s must make.
Baller ejj Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 Riva boats are some of the most beautiful boats ever made. The cost on them is astonishing. A dude has one on a lake near us in Minnesota. Plan on 400-700k for a 60s model. No typo.
Baller 6balls Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 @davemac no kidding. I kept forwarding waiting for the music to end and to let me hear the engines.
Baller Texas6 Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 Labor of love right there. Beautiful and extraordinarily high maintenance boat. Thing has to sound good
Baller Skoot1123 Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 Absolutely beautiful. Boats like that are a true work of art. Just wish we could have heard that awesome V12 sound outa those two Lambo engines - even better is that they wouldn't have been muffled. Come to think of it, I have seen some of those on the river in Pittsburgh, PA. Didn't know what it was - now......WOW!
Baller Waternut Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 I agree I wanted to hear the engines and found a few videos. If you type "Riva Lamborghini" in youtube, there are a few videos of them water testing it where you can hear the engines. I didn't think it sounded like anything unique so I didn't post them but it's worth a listen if your curiosity peaks.
Baller Texas6 Posted October 15, 2013 Baller Posted October 15, 2013 That boat was moving when he opened it up. While that video is much better at giving us some perspective of what that boat sounds like, I don't believe it helps us understand just how much noise 2xLamborhini V12's makes. Bada$$ boat
