I'm heading to Japan 4/17-4/25 for a family vacation, so it's starting to look like it'll be just about May before I get my first set. YUCK!

The snow "index" in the Northeast is still very good. Miss the snow skiing, but

not the snow shoveling.

 

Today, at Waterville Valley ski area, a day ticket is 1 dollar. And that is true, and

not an April Fools hoax.
