I took the slow skiing challenge from @ScarletArrow‌ last week. So after my normal set, I went back to 28 off and had him slow the boat to 23mph, it was tough, but I ran it, (@ob I may have ran 6 ball over but I gave myself the full pass!) so then we slowed it to 21mph ran it (again no judges in place) eyes closed 1/2 the time, so tried 19 and got 2 before going otf! Wondering what others skiers can do at slow speeds?

We had the "How Slow Can You Go" competition after a tournament a couple years ago. We selected 22 off as the length and started at 32 mph. After each pass, we slowed the boat by each pre-set decrement until a miss. The winner got into that 15 mph setting.

The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.

I was not clear with the boat driver about my starting pass in a tournament once and got 28 mph, 28 off. Ran that, then went 34 mph, 32 off for the quadruple opt up. 28 mph wasn't so hard, but I'm sure it would get exponentially harder with each decrease in speed. Having the rope a bit shorter helped.
