Yes, this is a well designed product with plenty of velcro. It does not flap in the wind, and provides good protection for the mirror when not in use. I have the same U-bracket but the wing nuts are sticking up and have worn holes in my cover. I've been looking at the PTM but wasn't sure how I was going to mount it. Required cutting the mounting/horseshoe bar in half to install with the RTS-100 bracket. I also have the Resin CFR-200 bracket that I use on occasion.
