Kudos to Malibu Factory Customer Service and Those Who Represent

Just as a follow up to a previous thread I started seeking some contacts and support from Malibu on an issue I am having with my TXi. @Chad_Scott and Dennis Kelley provided outstanding and incredible support in responding to my issue; and subsequently, getting the factory guys to call me and ask how they could assist. The factory reps told me the issue will be resolved. We are currently working through the process for evaluating the issue; and, Malibu ensured me that there will be a forthcoming course of action to correct the situation. Thank you @Chad_Scott, Dennis Kelly, Gary Hill (@Malibu) and the rest of the Malibu team. You can't beat great customer service!! It is what will keep me coming back.
