We put one together for the 2003 PanAm Games in Santo Domingo. Try contacting Vern Oberg for the Canadian Ramp plans: vern[at]hoeng[dot]com The AWSA used to have plans for a wooden ramp, but they are very very outdated now. There is always Rob Bemman (bemmanscustomdesigns.com) if you have the $$ and want the ultimate. He may also know of a used ramp up for sale. Worth a contact.
