Baller skialex Posted February 20, 2016 Baller Share Posted February 20, 2016 Use 8-32 Flat head screws with smaller head and flat washers. As long as you are not using an aluminum plate you do not need to use countersank screws with aluminum washers
Baller skier2788 Posted February 20, 2016 Baller Share Posted February 20, 2016 I have the same issue with my 68 in. Going to the 30 in. I need to move it back slightly from stock and it puts the screw head directly under the nut on the pivot point. Going to a monoplate so I don't need to use that hole.... Baller Wayne Posted February 20, 2016 Baller Share Posted February 20, 2016 Hard to tell from the angle of your picture but an 8-32 button head Allen screw may fit.
Baller Fehlindra Posted February 20, 2016 Author Baller Share Posted February 20, 2016 If i need the front hole think i need to disassemble the release arm before its possible to get the screw in place btw would be nice to have those titan countersank washer in purple with Ballofspray printed on it and some matching screws @Horton make it happen for yaa waterski community =) https://www.probolt-usa.com/titanium/titanium-washers/titanium-countersunk-washer-m6-22mm-o-dx.html
Baller gregy Posted February 20, 2016 Baller Share Posted February 20, 2016 I used a button head and flat washer. Ground one side flat on the washer so it would fit against the mount. I was afraid the button head alone could pull through. Since I went to the supershell I don't need the ground off washer, unless I end up moving the binding back more.
