Baller Cam Posted July 21, 2016 Baller Share Posted July 21, 2016 I attached the rope so no one to blame but myself but was happy to find the rope hadn't broke.
Baller_ MISkier Posted July 21, 2016 Baller_ Share Posted July 21, 2016 Sounds like you weren't hurt. That type of release can be bad for the ribs, especially if you ram the handle into them. Cool picture, though. Nice wake on the boat. It also looks like you have some sort of "gunnel saver" to protect the boat. Where did you get that? The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears. Baller_ lpskier Posted July 21, 2016 Baller_ Share Posted July 21, 2016 That is why it is important to keep the tail of the rope behind the driver's seat and well away from feet. #iskiconnelly Lpskier

mikegile
Ouch! Similar one happened to me this weekend. Rope broke on my opener in a tournament. Knocked the wind out and ribs sore as can be, but at least I got a re-ride.
