@ms after I heard about it I asked someone on the rules committee, a PanAm judge and a TC. None had heard anything about it.

So what is a regular TC good for?

You have to have someone that knows all that wake eye/splash eye stuff.

It was new this year. All of the current TCs received an email from Jerry Jackson on it this spring.

@Horton Not in the 2015 Rules. New for 2016. See Page 113 of the 2015 Rules. I've

favored different levels for a while, but I was thinking more like "Apprentice" for a starting

level. As in someone who is learning on the job, but helping with the grunt work, like

climbing up video jump towers and lugging stuff around the site.
